These Terms of Service govern access to lowwlisted.in and purchases from LOWW LISTED. The website and store are operated by Prateek Patel, trading as LOWW LISTED, and hosted on Shopify. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the store. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and customer information

You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction or use the store with the involvement of a parent/legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account, billing, shipping and contact information and to keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for loss or delay caused by incorrect information you supplied, subject to applicable law.

2. Products and display

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Screen settings, lighting and photography can cause slight colour differences. Garment measurements may have a normal manufacturing tolerance of approximately 1–2 cm, and print placement/colour can have minor production variation. These statements do not cover a product that is defective, materially different or incorrectly supplied.

Availability can change. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product. Size-guide measurements should be checked before ordering.

3. Prices, taxes and obvious errors

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, shipping, COD or other charges are shown before order confirmation where required. Promotions and prices may change prospectively. If a genuine technical or typographical error makes a price clearly incorrect, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected item and refund any amount received.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm or begin processing the order. We may reasonably decline or cancel an order for stock/production unavailability, failed payment, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, reseller quantities, serviceability issues or a genuine listing error. If we cancel, we will not impose a cancellation charge and will refund the eligible prepaid amount.

Some products are produced, printed or prepared after the order is confirmed. Cancellation is therefore limited as stated in our Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments and COD

Online payments are processed through Razorpay and/or payment methods displayed at checkout. COD is available only for eligible PIN codes and orders and may require confirmation. Payment, COD, coupon and promotion terms are described in our Payments, COD, Coupons & Promotions Policy.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Promotions, reviews and customer content

Promotions are subject to their displayed conditions. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be fabricated, abusive, unlawful, infringing or misleading. We may moderate content for these reasons but will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.

If you submit or tag us in photographs, videos or other content, ownership remains with you. We may repost publicly tagged content on our social channels with attribution where reasonably expected; we will seek permission before using it in paid advertising unless separate campaign terms or consent already apply.

8. Intellectual property

The LOWW LISTED name, logo, product artwork, photographs, videos, text, graphics and website content are owned by or lawfully licensed to LOWW LISTED and protected by applicable law. You may view and use the website for personal shopping only. You may not reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, sell, counterfeit or commercially exploit our content or branding without written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You must not use the website to commit fraud, submit false information, interfere with security or operation, upload malicious code, violate law or third-party rights, impersonate another person, harvest data, place abusive/fake orders, or misuse LOWW LISTED intellectual property.

10. Third-party services and links

The store relies on independent providers such as Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, couriers and fulfilment partners. Their own terms may apply to services they independently provide. We are responsible for our obligations to customers and do not use this section to exclude rights that apply to your purchase from LOWW LISTED.

11. Website availability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not affect an accepted order or statutory rights.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOWW LISTED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable and did not result from our breach. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The latest version and Last Updated date will be posted on this page. Material changes will be notified where required. The terms applicable when an order was accepted continue to govern that order unless law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the jurisdiction and remedies available to consumers under applicable law, disputes may be brought before the competent courts or authorities in Madhya Pradesh. We encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer first so that we can try to resolve the issue.
