This Privacy Policy explains how Prateek Patel, trading as LOWW LISTED (“LOWW LISTED”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit lowwlisted.in, place an order, create an account, subscribe to marketing, submit a review or contact us. LOWW LISTED is the person responsible for deciding why and how customer data is used for the purposes described below. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:

  • identity and contact data, including name, email, mobile number, billing/shipping address and PIN code;
  • order data, including products viewed or purchased, size, colour, cart, discounts, returns, exchanges, refunds and order history;
  • payment and transaction data, including payment method, payment status and transaction reference. Full card details, UPI PINs, CVVs and OTPs are handled by authorised payment systems and are not requested by LOWW LISTED;
  • account data, preferences and login-related information;
  • communications, reviews, photographs and other information you voluntarily send us;
  • technical and usage data, including IP address, browser, device, cookies, pages viewed, referral source and interactions with the website; and
  • fraud-prevention and delivery-verification information.

2. How data is collected

We collect data directly from you, automatically through cookies and store technology, and from service providers involved in ecommerce, payments, fulfilment, logistics, analytics, marketing, fraud prevention and customer support.

3. Why we use personal data

We use personal data only for lawful purposes, including to:

  • accept, verify, produce, fulfil, deliver and track orders;
  • process payments, COD verification, returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations;
  • provide customer support and grievance redressal;
  • operate accounts, wishlists, reviews and store features;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents and unlawful activity;
  • improve products, website performance and customer experience;
  • send order/service messages and, where consent or law permits, marketing communications;
  • maintain records, enforce our terms, resolve disputes and comply with tax, accounting, consumer, law-enforcement and other legal obligations.

4. Consent and marketing choices

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it through the unsubscribe link in an email, available store controls, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed or data that we must retain by law. Transactional messages about orders, payments, security and support are not promotional messages.

5. Cookies and analytics

Shopify and approved services may use essential, preference, analytics and advertising cookies or similar technologies. Essential cookies are needed for functions such as cart, checkout, account and security. Where required, non-essential cookies are used according to your choices in the cookie banner or privacy controls. Browser blocking may affect store functionality.

6. How we share data

We do not sell personal data for money. We may share only the data reasonably necessary with:

  • Shopify, which hosts and operates the ecommerce platform;
  • Razorpay and payment/banking partners for payment and refund processing;
  • Shiprocket, courier partners and delivery personnel for shipping and tracking;
  • print-on-demand, production, quality-control, packaging and fulfilment partners;
  • customer support, communications, analytics, review, marketing, security and fraud-prevention providers used by the store;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors or prospective business transferees where reasonably necessary; and
  • government, courts, regulators or law-enforcement bodies when required by law or valid process.

These providers may process data under their own legal obligations and privacy notices.

7. International processing

Shopify and some service providers may process or store data outside India. Where this occurs, we rely on contracts, security measures and other lawful safeguards, subject to any transfer restriction notified under Indian law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to our store. No online system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, PINs, CVVs or OTPs by email, phone or social media. Notify us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account or data.

9. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, customer service, fraud prevention, dispute handling and compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations. We then delete, anonymise or securely restrict it unless continued retention is legally required.

10. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request information about the personal data we process, correction or updating of inaccurate data, erasure of data no longer required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. Where applicable, you may also nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity. We may retain data where necessary to complete an order, prevent fraud, establish legal claims or comply with law.

Send a request from your registered email address to lowwlisted.support@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We may ask for reasonable verification and order/account details before acting.

11. Children

The store is intended for persons capable of entering a lawful purchase or for use with a parent/legal guardian. We do not knowingly target advertising to children or knowingly collect a child’s personal data without legally required consent. A parent or guardian may contact us to request appropriate action.

12. Third-party links

Our website may link to external websites or social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and LOWW LISTED does not control them.

13. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect operational, technology or legal changes. The revised version and Last Updated date will be posted here, and additional notice will be provided where required.
